Job summary

Cloverleaf Local School District is seeking a dedicated School Bus Driver (6.25 hours/day) in Lodi, OH. The role requires driving a school bus, following district rules, and ensuring student safety during transport.

Starting Aug 1, 2026, with full-time status and benefits eligibility. Hours are roughly 6:00-9:30 AM and 2:15-5:15 PM, 188 contract days. Must hold Ohio CDL B with School Bus/Passenger endorsements and have a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hold a current Ohio Class B CDL license with School Bus and Passenger endorsement.
• Be insurable with not more than four points on the Ohio driver’s license.
• Complete and pass a T-8 physical yearly.
• High moral character and good attendance record.
• Demonstrate aptitude for successful completion of tasks assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient transportation for students to support district programs.
• Meet all Ohio requirements and follow School Bus Operation Regulations.
• Perform PTI prior to each route and operate the school bus as sole driver.
• Attend bus drivers' meetings as required.
• Ensure bus cleanliness and proper conduct of riders; report discipline issues.
• Deliver bus for servicing as directed by supervision and head mechanic.
