Job summary

Krapf School Bus is seeking part-time drivers in the Hampton, NJ area. No experience required — paid training to obtain your Commercial Driver License is provided. Split schedule, 20-25 hours per week, with guaranteed 4-5 hours daily and 9.5 months of work.

You will drive for local schools, earn competitive pay, and have access to benefits after meeting eligibility. We will pay for you to obtain your CDL and there are advancement opportunities to trainer, dispatcher, or operations manager roles.

Qualifications

• Have had a valid driver's license for at least one year.
• Able to pass a background check.
• No experience required; paid training to obtain CDL.

Responsibilities

• Drive school routes and pick-up/drop-off students on schedule.
• Maintain safe driving practices and follow school policies.
• Communicate with schools and dispatchers as needed.
• Attend paid training and CDL-licensing steps; participate in advancement opportunities.

• Guaranteed 4-5 hours per day
• 9.5 months out of the year / 38 weeks (summer work available!)
• Opportunities always exist to sign up for additional hours (sports, trips, extended/summer programs)
