Job summary

O2B Kids is hiring a bus driver in Florida to transport students part-time during the school year after school and full-time in the summer for camper field trips. Responsibilities include safe driving, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and coordinating with counselors to ensure student safety.

The role requires CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements, CPR/First Aid, and prior bus driving experience. Training and scholarships may be available.

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus part time during the school year (M-F) after school.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Work Monday - Friday from 1pm - 4pm (availability to cross-train to aquire FT hours with increased benefits)
• During the school year, drive a school bus part time in the afteroon (M-F) to escort children from elementary school to O2B Kids (possible field trips too)
• During the Summer, drive a school bus full time to escort our campers to a variety of field trips throughout the week
• Ensure bus safety including pre-trip inspection and post-trip inspection
• Communicate with additional bus counselors to ensure safety - you get to focus on driving while they assist students
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Have fun!

Requirements

Training and experience is preferred, but we are a willing to train and support education through scholarships. There are some positions where specific credentials may be required.
