Job summary

Danville City School District is seeking a part-time Bus Aide to support the Bus Driver in transporting district students safely to and from school. You will help with loading, unloading, and monitoring students, while ensuring attendance and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with or transporting children in a day care or school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist driver in the transportation of students to and from school.
• Assist the driver in the proper loading and unloading of passengers.
• Maintain student discipline and ensure masks and protective equipment are worn.
