Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a district-level Behavior Support Consultant for the 2026-2027 school year in La Plata, MD. You will develop and supervise cohesive behavior programs across schools, analyze data, and guide evidence-based practices.

You will provide supervision to behavior specialists, social workers, and mental health professionals, leveraging a multidisciplinary team to foster a strong behavioral support network.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Current Maryland LBA license (or eligibility).
• 5+ years of school-based experience.
• Prior supervisory or consultative experience.
• Experience implementing behavior programs across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
• Current Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License (or eligibility)
• 5+ years of school-based experience supporting general and/or special education environments
• Prior experience in a supervisory or consultative role
• Experience implementing behavior programs across multiple sites
