Job summary

Project Play Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead quality service delivery for students through both school-based and clinic-based teams, collaborating with other service providers and promoting a whole-child environment.

The ideal candidate is a BCBA who prioritizes passion, creativity, and collaboration, with autonomy over client treatment recommendations and supervision of RBTs to ensure cutting-edge ABA services.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Special Education or related field preferred.
  • BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
  • Tennessee State License as Behavior Analyst.
  • Strong organization skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs and lead treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with school teams and clinic staff to deliver ABA services.
  • Individualize client treatment using current research and data.
  • Ensure ethical BACB compliance across all activities.
  • Collect data, generate reports, and demonstrate outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Special Education (preferred) or another related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Tennessee State License as a Behavior Analyst from the Health-Related Board
  • Processes strong organization skills, a positive attitude, and a hold the belief that all children can reach their fullest potential with the right supports
