Position Overview

Dragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time, school-based positions in St. James, Commack, Sayville and surrounding areas for the upcoming school year. In this role, you’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum within a school setting. You will work closely with supervising BCBAs and school staff to implement individualized BIPs, support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day.

This is an ideal role for compassionate, dependable people who want consistent daytime weekday hours, with no evenings or weekends, and a schedule that follows the school calendar.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision throughout the school day
