Dragonfly Cares is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and center settings, under BCBA supervision, for students on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and support student progress across academic, social, and behavioral domains.

This daytime, school-year role offers consistent hours (Mon-Fri 7 AM–4 PM), no evenings or weekends, and competitive pay of $26–28 per hour with access to ongoing

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on ABA/RBT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred but not required.

Position Overview

Dragonfly Cares is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in a school setting. This role provides ABA therapy across both school and center settings, offering variety alongside consistency. You'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum, working closely with supervising BCBAs, school staff, and center teams to implement individualized BIPs, support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.

This is an ideal role for compassionate, dependable, and experienced professionals who want consistent daytime weekday hours, with no evenings or weekends, and a schedule that follows the school calendar.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision across school and center settings
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals
• Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school staff, center staff, and clinical supervisors
• Maintain detailed, professional documentation that meets school, center, and agency standards
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen your clinical skills

Requirements

• Availability for full school-day hours, Monday through Friday (7 AM to 4 PM)
• Active RBT certification required
• Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on ABA/RBT experience required
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred, not required)
• Previous school-based or center-based experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays
• Reliable transportation to school and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
