Amergis is seeking a School Behavior Aide for a contract–full-time role in Rifle, CO. You will support educational and behavioral services for students with special needs and work closely with teachers and specialists to help meet learning objectives.

The position offers 37.5 hours per week at $26 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. A high school diploma is required; pediatric experience and CPR may be preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in educational and behavioral services for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with school professionals and other behavioral specialists.
