Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time, school-based roles in Nassau County. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum during the school day, under BCBA supervision, collaborating with teachers and staff to implement individualized goals.

This position follows the school calendar with no evenings or weekends, offers comprehensive training and opportunities for CEUs/PDUs, and provides

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• School-based or special education experience preferred.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum or developmental delays is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to school districts.
• Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Position Overview

Dragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time, school-based positions in Nassau County for the upcoming school year. In this role, you'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum within a school setting. You will work closely with supervising BCBAs and school staff to implement individualized BIPs, support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day.

This is an ideal role for compassionate, dependable people who want consistent daytime weekday hours, with no evenings or weekends, and a schedule that follows the school calendar.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision throughout the school day


• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals
