Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team near your area for the 2026-2027 school year. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with a pay rate of $21–$25 per hour (DOE).

You will provide educational and behavioral support to individuals with special needs alongside school staff and specialists. We offer weekly pay, health/dental/vision and life insurance, 401(k), and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification, if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational and behavioral support to individuals.
• Work closely with school staff, educators, and behavioral specialists.
• Help individuals achieve learning and behavioral goals.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
