Job summary

Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. (CSO) is seeking a full-time In-School Youth Career Coach to support students in Columbia and Montour counties. You will provide case management, deliver instruction, and coordinate work-related activities within the school setting.

The role includes supervising summer paid work experiences and job shadow opportunities, helping students explore career paths, and connecting them with local employers and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
• A valid PA driver's license is required.
• Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, instruction and work activities to students in schools.
• Work directly in the schools.
• Oversee summer paid work experiences and job shadow opportunities.
