Job summary

Summitview Child & Family Services Inc. seeks a Wellness Clinician to provide therapeutic services to youth and families in outpatient and school-based mental health programs. The position runs on a school calendar (August through May) and includes benefits year round.

You will manage a caseload, document progress in the EHR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires CA licensure or registration (ASW/AMFT/APCC/LCSW/LMFT/LPCC), experience with trauma-informed care, and the

Qualifications

• Licensed or registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences at ASW/AMFT/APCC/LCSW/LMFT/LPCC level.
• Experience in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy within outpatient and school-based programs.
• Manage a caseload and monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans.
• Coordinate aftercare, discharge planning, and community referrals.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed and work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Document services and maintain timely entries in the EHR.
• Participate in QA/PI activities and ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI.
