From diverse neighborhoods and beautiful parks to a thriving arts scene, St. Louis provides a welcoming backdrop for both your work and personal life.**This position offers…** · **Employee Assistance Program** – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost · **Mileage Reimbursement** – Company paid for work functions requiring travel · **Employee Discounts** – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition · **Licensure Supervision** - complimentary for LMSW's, PLPC's, PLMFT's · **Additional income opportunities** - for LPC's, LCSW's, & LMFT’s (provide supervision) · **Continuing Education** - 3 days leave following your first year of employment · **Liability Coverage** - Company paid · **Workplace Culture** - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce · **Additional Perks & Benefits** - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more**Key Responsibilities:** · Provide individual, group, and family counseling within school settings to support students’ therapeutic goals. · Conduct intake screenings and comprehensive assessments within required timelines to understand each student’s needs. · Determine diagnoses based on assessments and document findings according to regulatory and agency standards. · Develop individualized, evolving treatment plans aligned with state, accreditation, and agency requirements. · Participate in clinical staffings and treatment meetings to collaborate and share insights about student progress. · Partner with internal departments to ensure authorizations, documentation, and service requirements are met on time. · Document all services clearly, thoroughly, and within required time frames. · Support transitions for students by completing summaries, plans, and correspondence as needed. · Respond to crisis situations and coordinate emergency services to provide timely support. · Facilitate specialty services such as trauma-informed care and co-occurring treatment, when applicable. · Provide training, guidance, and clinical consultation to team members once professionally eligible. · Maintain strong relationships with schools, referral sources, students, and families while upholding ethical and professional standards. · Represent the agency professionally within the school and community. · Complete all mandatory training and state-required competencies. · Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.**Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:** · Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. · Current licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. · Holds licensure with the applicable state board for practicing as a therapist or social worker. · Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed. · Comfortable providing telehealth services; training provided.**Additional Qualifications:** · Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check. · Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. · First Aid certification within three (3) months of hire and upon renewal. · CPR certification within three (3) months of hire and upon renewal. · Behavioral Management training within 30 days (CPI for residential; Peaceful Intervention or Verbal De-escalation for outpatient). · Demonstrated understanding of Collaborative Service Goals (CSGs) within 30 days. · Completion of required training hours per regulatory guidelines (36 hours within two years; 50 annual hours for ASAM programs). · Growth and Development (CPRC only) and Privileging & Credentialing (CPRC only) forms within 30 days if applicable. · Ability to provide services onsite during school hours for school-based programs.**Physical Requirements:** ADA Consideration – Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to move objects. Requires repetitive hand, finger, and arm motions for typing and writing.
