Job summary

Comprehend, Inc. is seeking a clinician to provide direct outpatient therapy to a diverse caseload of children and adults. The role includes school-site coverage if required by contract and offers opportunities for consultation with local hospitals and law enforcement.

Responsibilities include program development with the supervisor, timely clinical documentation, licensure maintenance, and meeting required trainings and productivity targets. An on-call rotation (2–4 per year) is also required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or MFT.
• Licensed or licensed eligible by Kentucky State Board.
• Clinical experience preferred.

• If required to cover school site: fulfill contract terms between the school location and Comprehend, Inc.
• Provide consultation and emergency services to community, including hospitals and law enforcement.
• Program development in accordance with the annual plan and with supervisor input.
• Complete administrative paperwork, treatment plans, notes, and medical records promptly.
• Maintain licensure requirements and participate in clinical supervision.
• Meet agency trainings and productivity requirements.
• Serve in after-hours on-call rotation (2 to 4 per year).
• Other duties as assigned.

• If required to cover school site: to successfully fulfill the terms and conditions set forth in the contract between the assigned school location and Comprehend, Inc.
• Provide consultation and emergency services to community, including local hospitals and law enforcement.
• Program development in accordance with the annual plan and in consultation with the supervisor of the program.
• Completion of administrative paperwork, treatment plans, notes, etc., for medical records in a timely manner as required.
• Maintain all requirements for licensure or eligibility per the state licensing board including participation and documentation of clinical supervision.
• Meet all requirements for agency required trainings annually or as required including electronic health records.
• Meet agency clinical productivity requirements.
• Serve in after hours on call rotation (2 to 4 required per year)
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Licensed or Licensed eligible by corresponding Kentucky State Board
• Clinical experience preferred .

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation license.
