Job summary

Tanager Place in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a School Based Therapist to partner with schools, conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and introduce clients to our services while delivering direct, client-centered care. You will manage a caseload, collaborate with students, families and school staff to build resilience, promote wellbeing, and support long-term growth.

This full-time role includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus; valid Iowa license and a master's-level therapy credential are

Position Overview

As a School Based Therapist, you'll work alongside school supports to provide initial assessments, create treatment plans and introduce clients to our services, while delivering direct care services that are:

• Client-centered
• Strengths-based
• Professional and compassionate

Your role will provide therapy to a caseload of clients, as well as engaging with school supports, students and families, you'll be increasing resilience and overall wellness for all students, families and educators.
