Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in the Ypsilanti area. This contract runs from August 31, 2026, through June 4, 2027, delivering evaluations, direct therapy, and IEP-aligned services to diverse learners.

Licensed SLPs will collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to foster communication and academic growth, with onsite, school-based caseloads and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan SLP license required (no SLP-CFs at this time).
• Comfortable working onsite with K-12 students
• Experience assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in the school setting
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and fellow specialists
• Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Open to both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time availability

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, detailed progress documentation and comply with state/IDEA guidelines
