RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Victor Valley, CA. You will deliver speech and language services in a school setting, crafting individualized plans and collaborating with educators and families.

The role is full-time, onsite, with a schedule Monday–Friday during the school day. Master’s in SLP and CA licensure eligibility are required, with ASHA CCC preferred.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CA license or eligibility to obtain one required.
• California school-based credential/authorization as district requires.
• ASHA CCC preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services per treatment plans and IEPs.
• Evaluate student needs and develop individualized goals and interventions.
• Document student progress in therapy notes and reports.
• Prepare and adapt therapy materials for each student.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
