Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Salem, OR. This part-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and daytime school hours, with pay between $55 and $65 per hour.

As an SLP, you will provide services to students with diverse communication needs, support IEP goal development, and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and related service providers to help students participate successfully in the classroom and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in CSD from an accredited institution.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP in good standing.
• Active state license to practice SLP in Oregon.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Knowledge of evidence-based speech and language intervention practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid Driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution
