Soliant is seeking a Contract School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a position near Johnson City, TN. You will join a collaborative special education team, conduct evaluations, develop IEP-driven therapy, and support students across pre-K to high school in a full-year contract.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Tennessee SLP license required or eligible.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, psychologists, OTs, PTs, and families.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication needs.
