School Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Blair Therapies is hiring! We are currently seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services for a Blair County public school district beginning in the 2025-2026 academic year. This position is full-time; however, part-time candidates will be considered, depending on the candidate’s availability.

Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district requirements.
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely documentation and reports.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and tailor goals to meet each student’s individual needs.
- Maintain clear and organized records, complying with school district and state guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification (Instructional I or Educational Specialist)
- PA State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatrics or school-based settings a plus

Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Full-time
- Compensation: $27 – $40 an hour. Competitive rates based on experience and role.
