Job summary

MyPath, an employee-owned organization, is seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist for TC Harris School & Academy. The role includes evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in a K-12 alternative education setting, with emphasis on IEP goals and collaboration with staff.

Requires Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, IN licensure, and experience with AAC. Salary range is $67k–$80k with comprehensive benefits and stock ownership after one year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure in IN required
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Experience with AAC and diverse diagnoses is desirable

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings of language, voice, fluency, articulation, swallowing, or hearing.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services per IEP.
• Perform comprehensive school-based evaluations for service determinations.
• Maintain data records and progress on IEP goals.
• Attend IEP meetings and complete required documentation.
