Urbana School District #116 is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy to students, conduct assessments, and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology, experience in a school setting, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology required.
Two years of school-based experience preferred.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students.
Conduct screenings and evaluations for speech/language issues.
Develop schedules for therapy addressing various speech/language needs.
Participate in IEP development as a team member.
Consult with educators and parents on speech/language concerns.
