Point Quest Group is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-class and pull-out services for K-12 students in Rockford, IL, under state licensure. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, direct therapy, and collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must have State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Background check (DOJ/FBI Live Scan) and TB clearance required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills essential for collaboration with teachers and families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct formal assessments to determine eligibility and baseline functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs and monitor supervision hours if applicable.
