Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work in a school setting.

You will evaluate and support students’ communication goals within IEPs, collaborate with teachers and families, and participate in IEP meetings. PDS offers a predictable school schedule, summers off, mentorship, CEU support, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
• Active state SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on student IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
