Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a single-building school near Keene, NH. This contract role includes evaluations, reports, and direct therapy for individuals and small groups, sharing a caseload with another SLP and aligning with IEP goals.

Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am–2:40 pm, totaling about 32.5–35 hours weekly, with ASAP start through June 15, 2027.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology).
• Credentials to practice within school settings.
• Experience working with elementary-age children preferred.
• Strong skills in assessments, IEP development, and targeted therapy services.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Split caseload and collaborate with the other building SLP.
• Conduct evaluations and prepare detailed assessment reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans aligned with student needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation for all services provided.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
