Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Vermont. This full-time, contract role offers the chance to work in a collaborative educational setting with school-aged students.

Compensation ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, with comprehensive health benefits. The position emphasizes evaluating, planning, and delivering speech-language therapy, documenting progress, and collaborating with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Vermont SLP license (CCC or pursuing CFY status welcomed).
• Experience in school settings preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of evaluation tools and intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students.
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group formats.
• Document progress, maintain compliance with IEPs, and participate in team meetings.
• Consult with teachers, caregivers, and school staff to support generalization of skills within the classroom.
• Engage in professional development and remain current with best practices in the field.
