Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a school-based role. You’ll work with students in their educational setting to support communication and learning.

This position offers a predictable school-hours schedule, summers off, and a range of benefits including health and retirement. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to plan individualized services and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
• Active state SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized speech services based on student IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
