Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field.
  • Two years of related work experience if degree is in an unrelated field.
  • AS in Behavioral Health Support acceptable.
  • Four years of qualifying mental health-related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Apply behavioral science to support youth in home and community settings.
  • Provide school-hours services directly on school premises.
  • Use an educational approach aligned with treatment goals and recovery.
  • Engage in activities to meet diverse student needs and goals.
  • Manage a caseload with supervision coordination and goal setting.
  • Provide emergency crisis services with rapid follow-up.
  • Adhere to Brightli guidelines and professional ethics.
  • Support data collection, program evaluation, and grants.
  • Conduct outreach and home visits during school breaks as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities to ensure service provision.
