Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate SLPA candidates to support students' communication and academic success in a school-based setting. Join a team that provides tools, guidance, and a collaborative environment to grow professionally and make a lasting impact in education.

Whether you’re starting your SLPA career or bringing experience, you’ll work under supervision to implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and families to help students meet IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent coursework.
• State SLPA license or credential (if applicable) or in the process of applying.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals through therapy activities.
• Collect and document data on student progress.
• Assist with preparation of therapy materials and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families as directed by the supervising SLP.
