Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an SLPA to support students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in a Vermont school setting. You will assist with therapy activities and data collection.

Qualifications

• SLPA licensure or certification is required.
• Experience with elementary students in school settings preferred.
• Knowledge of speech and language development and communication disorders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Speech Language Pathologists, teachers, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students under licensed SLP supervision.
• Implement speech and language therapy plans and interventions as directed.
• Collect data and document student progress toward established goals; prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising SLP and educational staff.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success plans.
