Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Hemet, CA. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with daytime hours and a focus on students from K through 12.

You will evaluate speech and communication needs, develop IEP-aligned plans, and provide individual and group therapy on campus. Required: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, CCC SLP or CFY eligibility, and strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC SLP or eligibility for CFY.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess speech and communication needs.
• Create individualized intervention plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions on campus.
• Participate in IEP development and collaborate with school teams.
• Track progress and adjust goals based on student response.
• Travel between school campuses as needed.
