Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is currently welcoming full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologists to our Dallas, TX team. Join a mission-driven community that supports students in finding their voices and building confidence in a collaborative school setting.

You will deliver student-centered speech-language services, work with educators and families, and help children and adolescents make meaningful progress while staying connected to ASHA standards and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification through ASHA or in progress preferred.
• Active or eligible state licensure through TDLR required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful, student-centered speech and language services
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams
• Create meaningful progress for children and adolescents in a school setting
