Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time school-based position in Arkansas. This role focuses on student IEP goals within the educational setting, offering a meaningful, collaborative environment and a predictable school-year schedule with summers off.

You’ll deliver services across articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics, conduct evaluations, and participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Active state SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on student IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
