Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. in Kutztown, PA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellow (CF), or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students’ speech, language, and communication skills in a school-based setting.

The role offers multiple placement options with mentorship from CF mentors and clinical leads, collaboration with teachers and families, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with an M.A. or M.S. in Communication Disorders recognized by ASHA.
• ASHA CCCs or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship.
• State SLP license or in the process of applying for a license.
• For SLPA: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnose communication disorders.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy and develop IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and collect data; collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• For SLPA role: provide therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP; assist with treatment plans and documentation.
