SPG Therapy & Education seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in San Antonio, TX. This clinician-led program emphasizes mentoring and collaborative client relationships, with strong support for supervision and professional growth.

Applicants must have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and Texas licensure eligibility, with background checks completed. The role offers vibrant learning cohorts and dedicated resources for AAC, CLD, and SLPA support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• TX SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible TX school-based services.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parents/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• Write goals in line with curricular standards (IEPs).
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
