Job summary

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team in Camden Wyoming, Delaware. You will evaluate, treat, and consult to support student communication and academic success.

The successful candidate will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, develop IEP-aligned plans, and provide therapy across grade levels while maintaining compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Delaware SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• DDOE SLP certification/credential required for school practice.
• CCC-SLP through ASHA, or completion of Clinical Fellowship requirements.
• Successful completion of required supervised clinical experience.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEPs and school-based service delivery models.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Ability to support students with diverse communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, communication, and related needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services across assigned grade levels.
• Complete assessments, evaluations, progress reports, and documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.
• Provide evidence-based interventions targeting articulation, language, fluency and social communication.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with educational teams to ensure appropriate services and accommodations.
