Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract, school-based position near Poteet, TX. You will work with students, teachers, and families to deliver tailored speech therapy services and support inclusion.

Required: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and Texas SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred with CFY encouraged. School experience and strong organizational/communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Texas licensure as an SLP required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related staff to support progress and inclusion.
• Maintain documentation, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide guidance and resources to school staff for effective classroom communication.
• Adapt therapy methods to meet IEP goals and student needs.
