Job summary

Ro Health is hiring a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school setting in the Greater Santa Clarita area. The role is in-person, with a Monday–Friday schedule, at one site serving pre-k through 12th grade.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy for articulation, language, and swallowing disorders, and support families. Competitive pay at $90/hour+ with benefits and commuter support.

Qualifications

• Current CA state SLP license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• State and contract-specific compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Use standardized tests, observations, and interviews to gather diagnostic information.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, language delays, and related disorders.
• Counsel individuals and families to support communication goals.
• Train and integrate assistive technologies to aid daily living.
• Conduct screenings to identify risk for speech and language disorders.
