Job summary

Soliant is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join a school district in the Pageland, South Carolina area for the 2026–2027 school year. Positions may be available in Pageland and/or Cheraw attendance areas, depending on district needs.

This full-time, school-based role offers an hourly pay range of $45–$55 and starts October 26, 2026. Responsibilities include providing therapy, managing a caseload of about 50 students, assessing needs, and developing individualized treatment

Qualifications

• South Carolina licensure to practice as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience providing speech-language services to school-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively with students, families, and educational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students.
• Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and educational goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans.
