The Stepping Stones Group in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. You will deliver student-centered services, collaborate with educators and families, and support children across grade levels in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

CCC-SLP (or in progress), Master's in SLP, and state licensure are required or eligible. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply with mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or in progress for licensure eligibility.
• CCC-SLP through ASHA (or in progress) required or eligible for licensure.
• Active or eligible state licensure required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver student-centered speech and language services.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams.
• Create meaningful progress for children in a school setting.
