New Story Schools in Pennsylvania offers a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow position to start your professional journey under the supervision of a licensed SLP, gaining hands-on therapy experience and collaborating with educators to support student learning.

You will work with students ages 5–21, conduct screenings, develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans, and participate in mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship and Pennsylvania state licensure.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative, student-centered service delivery.
• Passion for working with children in educational or therapeutic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy under supervision of a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP.
• Conduct screenings and assist with evaluations to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Participate in mentorship, supervision, and ongoing professional development throughout your fellowship.
