Job summary

Soliant has partnered with an excellent school district near Santa Maria, CA to provide Speech Language Pathology services for the 2026-2027 School Year. This role is ideal for professionals holding ASHA certification and a valid California SLP license who have experience with a school based caseload.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEPs, collaboration with teachers and parents, progress monitoring, and adjusting treatment plans.

Qualifications

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
• California SLP licensure mandatory.
• Experience with ECATS software.
• School-age caseload experience, especially Middle School.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation for students in a school setting.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective communication strategies and interventions.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
