Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time school-based position in Connecticut.

As part of a supportive, interdisciplinary team, you will work with students in their educational environment, coordinating with teachers and IEP teams. The role offers a weekday school schedule, summers off, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Active state SLP license required or guidance provided to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized speech-language pathology services based on student IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports; monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
