Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a school-based position in Barberton, Ohio.

You will support students with IEPs, conduct evaluations, write reports, and collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams. We offer comprehensive benefits, mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and a predictable schedule aligned with school hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Active state SLP license is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized SLP services to students based on IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals and participate in IEP meetings.
• Contribute to a positive school culture and provide interdisciplinary support with other professionals.
