Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking an experienced School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA for Northern Westchester County, NY. You will supervise school-based RBTs and staff, support professional development, and coordinate visits across school districts.

The role requires BCBA, a Master’s degree, and 3+ years working with children with special needs, with a focus on confidentiality and collaboration with school personnel. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervision and feedback to clinicians.
• Minimum of 3 years working with children with special needs in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, Teacher Assistants, and classroom staff per BACB supervision requirements.
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned school districts; ensure reliable transportation.
• Coach direct support staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records per BACB and company standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and family information per state and federal regulations.

• Compensation : $75,000-$90,000
• Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), Teacher Assistants, and classroom support staff in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
• Support professional growth of employees in collaboration with Assistant Director (e.g., structed feedback, ongoing training, team building activities, PIP's, disciplinary action).
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned school districts. Responsible for reliable transportation.
• Coach direct support staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with school personnel to ensure that students' needs are met.
• Provide group training or professional developments as needed.
• Provide BCBA/ LBA Supervision and support group supervision opportunities as needed.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Assistant Director and fellow supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records in accordance with BACB and company standards.
• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
