Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on implementing ABA-based plans, tracking progress, and supporting students in social, academic, and behavioral goals.

You will collaborate with BCBA and school staff, with strong emphasis on data collection, crisis response, and continuous professional development through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment.
• Background check and TB clearance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Record real-time data on student behaviors and progress.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support using ABA strategies.
• Apply ABA to target behavior goals and skill acquisition.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT/CPI techniques.
• Monitor students during class, breaks, meals, and transport.
• Communicate progress with teachers and supervisors.
