Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a school-based leave coverage assignment in Dearborn, MI. The contract runs from December through February, offering a rewarding opportunity to support students in an educational setting.

You will collaborate with educators and families, deliver comprehensive PT services, and contribute to individualized treatment plans while promoting mobility goals and student independence.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Michigan Physical Therapist license
• Experience in school settings or pediatric caseloads preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting students' individual needs and mobility goals

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to students, promoting independence and functional movement
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists to develop and implement customized student treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Adapt therapy approaches to fit the needs of a diverse student population
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe therapeutic environment for all students
