Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our school-based team in El Paso, TX. This full-time role focuses on helping students improve mobility, independence, and participation in their educational environment through individualized therapy services and collaborative support.

The ideal candidate will have a PT degree, Texas license, and experience with children. School-based experience is preferred, and strong communication and collaboration skills are

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapist degree from an accredited program.
• Active Texas PT license through ECPTOTE required.
• School-based experience preferred; experience with children is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct PT services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support student success.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
