CESA 6 is seeking a Physical Therapist to support EEN students in multiple school locations. The role includes direct therapy, collaboration with educators and families, and participation in IEP teams.

Full-time or part-time positions available. Licensure in Wisconsin required, with a DPI credential; experience in school-based therapy preferred. Regular professional practice and ongoing education are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program is required.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in physical therapy is desired.
• Wisconsin DPI license in Physical Therapy is required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate students' physical, neuro-muscular, functional, gross motor, sensory, strength and postural needs.
• Provide direct PT treatment to students including lift, transfer, and positioning.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement IEP goals.
• Co-treat with other therapists as needed and participate in evaluation teams.
• Prepare reports and documentation including IEPs, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Supervise PT assistants and interns as assigned.
